WHY I UNDERSTAND YOU
I’ve lived in Greece for nearly 30 years and spent much of my life balancing demanding roles in the international hotel industry, family life, entrepreneurship, and supporting our family pharmacy. My own health challenges began after years of fertility hormone treatments combined with chronic stress. Over time, this led to severe inflammation, increasing pain, and a diagnosis of an autoimmune condition. I was told that without lifelong medication, my mobility and independence were at serious risk. I wasn’t willing to stop there.
WHAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
Through the WILDFIT®️ program and integrating this way of living, I learned how to support my body instead of fighting it — by understanding the deep connection between nutrition, the immune system, hormones, metabolism, and stress. Within weeks, I experienced:
• A strong reduction in pain and inflammation
• More energy and mental clarity
• Significant relief from autoimmune symptoms
• Natural weight regulation, without restriction or force
Most importantly, I rebuilt trust in my body. Today, I can move freely again, exercise, and dance — things that were not possible for a long time. I have three children who are now almost grown, and I’m able to actively be part of their lives — with energy, presence, and joy. I don’t walk this path only as a coach, but as someone who has truly lived it.

HOW I SUPPORT YOU
I work primarily in small group settings, where structure, education, and shared experience create meaningful and lasting change. I am a certified WILDFIT®️ coach and Back to Spring facilitator, with a special focus on supporting women through immune, hormonal, and metabolic transitions.

A limited number of private sessions may be available upon request. Many of my clients tell me they feel safe, understood, and finally able to work with their bodies instead of against them.
